Sharing the Message of Islam
What is Dawah?
Dawah (دعوة) means “invitation” in Arabic. It refers to the act of inviting others to learn about Islam, whether they are non-Muslims or fellow Muslims in need of guidance and encouragement.
Why is Dawah Important?
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
“Convey from me, even if it is one verse.” (Bukhari)
Dawah is a responsibility for all Muslims, as it helps spread the truth, correct misconceptions, and invite people to a life of faith and purpose.
